You will need

• Size 2 / sport weight yarn in the colours listed for each design
• Hooks: 2.0, 2.5, 3.0 and 4.0 mm (the body is worked with two strands held together)
• Fiberfill, 4 mm safety eyes (or black thread to embroider them), stitch markers, a tapestry needle and glue
• A little floral wire for the Goose, Cockroach and Crocodile

Skill level

Easy to intermediate. You should know magic rings, sc, hdc, dc, increases and decreases. The coaster body is a quick 5-round circle, and most pieces are small, so they make good scrap-yarn projects and quick handmade gifts.
