Shipping policy

Nothing is shipped

All CROCHETKNITT products are digital PDF downloads. No physical item is posted, and there are no shipping costs.

Delivery

• When: right after your payment is confirmed.
• How: a download link on the order confirmation page and in your confirmation email sent to the address you gave at checkout.
• Where: available worldwide.
• Format: PDF. Open it with any free PDF reader (Adobe Acrobat Reader, a web browser, or the Files/Books app on phones and tablets).

Didn't get your pattern?

1. Check your spam, junk or "Promotions" folder.
2. Make sure the email address on your order is correct.
3. Still nothing after 1 hour? Email support@crochetknitt.com with your order number and we'll send it manually.

We recommend saving your file to your device or cloud storage straight away. Download links may expire or have a download limit.

Taxes

VAT is calculated at checkout based on your country, as required for digital services.

Licence

Patterns are for personal use only. You may sell items you make yourself from them, crediting CROCHETKNITT where possible. You may not share, resell, copy, translate or publish the pattern or its photos, in full or in part.
